THE FOOD REVIEW IN HOLIDAY INN

exactly at 7.15 p.m.,

the food are done setting and ready to eat, it was the time i am waiting for.

 Oh my god. 

There were about more than 20 kind of food there from several country such as

 India, China, Mexico, Arabic, Japan and Malaysia. 

it was so presentable and look delicious.

Without waiting so much time, I tried the appetizer first. There have 12 kind of appetizer which was so delicious and stimulate the appetite. 

They have portion the food in a cup; therefore we can eat the food with the exact taste. I mean here is, in the portion they have put the cheese in suitable quantity to its ingredients for one bite.

 So, we can feel the real taste of the food. It was a good idea rather than we take a lot than we do not know how to eat the food seeing that we never eat the food. 

The same thing to the main course, soup, and dessert. it was so presentable and delicious.

but if you seeking the best dessert. I dont think this is the best place because the dessert was ordered from outside. they dont have dessert department. but the dessert like chocolate mousse, warm chocolate banana pudding still can achieve our satisfaction when eat it.

We ate a lot. 

Satisfied, feeling great and awesome enough!! :D

the food were so awesome.

you can feel like eating in India, seriously!!

If you want to know, the cook for Indian cuisine was originated exactly from India!!

THE INDIAN CUISINE

The first food that I tried is mango lassi. It was kind of beverage and can also accepted as appetizer. 

it was served in a small cute glass. everybody including me of course love it so much. 

my friend Suffi, add it until three times! It is because I want to take it for the second time, when I go to the station, oh my god there was no more mango lassi and I saw Suffi was smiling and said, "i have finished it."

ohh okayyy~ *sad

you can feel the sweet mango paste. the concentration and temperature of mango lassi was to taste and delicious 

The next one was the soup which was tomato soup. As we all know tomato is good for our skin and eye health. Then, having the soup makes me feel health. hehe The soup was to taste not to sour and not to sweet. 

I can said that it was so good but not until we want to add. The soup still delicious and the tomato puree were there. You need to try it first.  

The colour of the tomato soup was interesting and not too dull.

lets go through to main course.

Briyani rice was to taste and much more delicious when eat with dal makhani, aloo gobi and chicken tikka.

aloo gobi is wedges potaoes with brocoli that are cooked in Indian style with its spice.The taste is little spicy with the spice taste. It was so awesome and delicious!! I feel like want to eat again and again.

this is the chicken tikka. I love to eat them without rice instead. 

lamb kofta with its condiment

the lamb kofta and condiment that i love the most. the roti prata in half cutting with lamb inside. there also some kind of vege inside and its other condiment. the lamb was so tender, easy to bite and eat.

the one who love to eat lamb will love this lamb kofta.

From deep in my heart, I missed the moment, the food, and the place especially during the sunset.

one day i will make sure my family will enjoy it too.

HOLIDAY INN, PULAU PINANG

On 15^th May 2013,

 my classmate and I were going to Holiday Inn, Pulau Pinang. The 45 minutes strides it takes from the Seberang Perai to the Hotel Restaurant will be so worthy with the amazing services and food. 

We were there for international buffer and it is only RM 60. In my opinion, it was valuables for 4 stars hotel, presentable and delicious food. It was so easy to find the hotel which was located behind the Feringghi Beach and exactly in front of Feringghi Tower. Just a simple building from the outside view but it was so interesting inside. 

At 5.15 in the evening, 

we reached the hotel and were pleasant by the door person. He brought us to the small but comfortable ballroom while waiting for dinner. We were welcome by the department managers there which were the Human Resource Manager, Food and Beverage Manager and the Exactly Chef. They were so warm and friendly. Mr.Zulkifli the exact chef brief us and give simple talk about his interesting experience in kitchen world in order gave us spirit seeing that we also in the same line with him. His talk was fascinating because there was nobody sleepy during the talk!

After that, we were brought by the exact chef visit the kitchen and also the hotel surrounding. Seriously, while visit the kitchen we were so excited to see the kitchen equipment from the traditional to the modern. The smells from the kitchen also make us hungry and cannot wait for the dinner. The kitchen was clean, cosy and systematic. The kitchen staffs were so friendly and neat.

Exactly at 7 pm, 

we were brought to the restaurant which was in front of the beautiful beach. We can the sunset at this time. The food also has been served by the server. There were varies of food from many state in the world. There have from Mexican cuisine, Indian cuisine, Malay cuisine, Chinese cuisine and many more. There were about more that 20 type of food have being served.

The restaurant lighting and layout was perfect and comfortable. It was so romance environment.
the table setting also neat and not too crowded. The cosy environment make everybody there happy and satisfied.   

Anyone who love nature and now seeking a place for honeymoon, then I suggest you to check in to this hotel. It was so suitable and nice place for loving couple to been there. Maybe you can having horse riding together along the seaside while watching the beautiful sunset. Ohhh so sweet!!

However, family gathering or maybe a batch reunion also can be held here. You can make a wonderful night with BBQ and have a simple game with your family and friend seeing that there have a place for it. It was a interesting place to remember for me instead.
